FAB Careers hires for an International Corporate and Personal Bank in Luxembourg, a Risk Officer (M/F).

Mission

- Proactively identify risks on an going-concern firm-wide basis
- Propose actions to monitor, control and mitigate all the risks the bank is exposed to
- Escalate risk events and/or breaches to senior levels when appropriate
- Actively take part in the development and management process to identify and evaluate
business areas' risks
- Evaluate risk aspects of new products
- Draft risk assessment reports for the Authorised Management
- Contribute to the periodic reports to be provided to the following stakeholders: Head Office, the
CSSF (ICAAP, Pillar III report, contingency funding plan, stress tests), the BCL, and internal
stakeholders
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy and completeness of risk reporting, with particular reference
to AnaCredit Reporting
- Continuously take part in the improvement of risk analysis and operational procedures and
contributes to product offering and service quality

Profil

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a commercial bank dealing with institutional and
corporate clients
- Sound knowledge of risk management and accounting practices in the banking sector
- Sound knowledge of financial products and markets
- Broad knowledge of the main CSSF, ECB, EBA and BCBS Regulations;
- Be fluent in English and Chinese
- Oral and written communication skills, organized, prioritizing skills, used to handle confidential
information.
