Our client is an international fund administrator, specialized in private equity and real estate.
As an Assistant Client Service Manager, your responsibilities will be:
-Taking care of Fund Administration client services for our private equity and real estate fund clients,
-Ensuring Administration Services are provided to the Client on the terms of Administration Agreements,
-Maintaining banking relations and investor communication, in particular with the set up of new bank accounts and ad-hoc involvement to resolve any issues or problems which may occur,
-Completing a variety of tasks for a diversified client base within the AFAL client delivery platform,
-Providing timely management reports for Client Services to the AFAL Boards when required and complete any resulting action points,
-Providing timely monthly regulatory reports to the CSSF and BCL.
You have a university degree in Economics, Finance or Law and you have already worked as an Assistant Client Service Manager.
You are used to working in English. Any other language will be an asset.
You are known for you rigor and flexibility.
