Our client is an international investment group, specialized in real estate.
As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining books and records for Luxembourg holding and property companies,
- Being the key contact with service providers and property managers,
- Assisting with implementing and monitoring internal financial controls and procedures,
- Proceeding to the analysis of revenues and expenses,
- Assisting the RE Controller with consolidation and NAV calculation,
- Providing Controller and Management with reportings,
- Mastering ad hoc projects.
You have a university degree in finance and you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
You are used to working in English and have strong knowledge of VAT.
You are known for you rigor and flexibility.
You are eager to join an international human size team.
