Our client is an international fund administrator, specialized in private equity and real estate.
As a Depositary Oversight Officer, your responsibilities will be:
-Safeguarding, safekeeping and verifying the ownership of the assets held by our client funds,
-Performing of oversight checks and controls, including in accordance with AIFMD requirements,
-Controlling and oversighting of valuations of the assets,
-Conducting of due diligence functions,
-Liaising with various team within the company and with external banks.
You have a university degree in Economics, Finance or Law and you have already worked as a Depositary Oversight Manager.
You are used to working in English. Any other language will be an asset.
You are known for you rigor and flexibility.
You are eager to join an international human size team.
