Mission:
As a Corporate Officer, your responsibilities will be:
-Executing and coordination of the company secretarial function for assigned customers and their entities,
-Maintaining the integrity of client data in the current system,
-Preparing directors and shareholders meetings, including convening notices for clients,
-Attending Board meetings, preparing board packs and drafting of minutes accurately and on timely basis,
-Preparation of annual returns/annual validations,
-Dealing with any liquidations; with the transfer of funds or companies from alternative administrators on corporate secretarial matters,
-Ensuring that initial client review of statutory records for new business has been completed.
You have a university degree in Economics, Finance or Law and you have already worked as a Corporate Officer.
You are used to working in English. Any other language will be an asset.
You are known for you rigor and flexibility.
You are eager to join an international human size team.
